  • Richard Ake

    Director of Mortgages and Insurance

    Fully CeMAP qualified, Richard’s background is in mortgage advice and life assurance, having many years’ experience in both. Richard looks after the mortgage and insurance operations and is very hands on, advising on all types of mortgage, remortgage and life assurance.

    Richard also has vast experience in dealing with debt problems, advising on the best way out of a difficult situation and leading clients on their recovery to better financial health.

    A keen sportsman, Richard finds it difficult to actually play much sport these days, however he does watch a lot on TV!

    Administration Manager

    Tarryn heads up the administration department, a crucial role in a company that prides itself on efficient systems and processes which enable it to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

    Tarryn is in charge of all administration systems to make sure all data is up to date and managed in a fast, efficient and secure manner.

    Financial Director

    Caroline is responsible for all aspects of the accounts, reconciliations and financial reporting. Caroline also has responsibility for strategic sourcing and implementation of all business systems.

  • Michael Potter

    New Business Consultant

    With 10 years’ experience in new business Mike advises on lead generation and networking as well as the development of associations with estate agents, accountants, solicitors and property developers and landlords to cement long term business relationships.

    Side interests include cricket, rugby league and he also runs a Burmese art company.

    The company actively supports other local businesses and has recently had a sponsorship deal with Wetherby Golf Club.
